Valentine's Day Couple's Yoga at Night

This Valentine's Day, try something different: a yoga workshop designed just for couples. Join Rex Villena and Annela Flores, Union Yoga co-owners and real life couple, for an experience that's both intimate, gentle and playful. And yes, there will be dessert.

What we'll do:

• Partner yoga flows that help you tune into each other physically and emotionally

• Supportive poses, lifts, and balances that build trust (laughter, too!)

• Guided prompts and connection practices 

• Live music savasana led by Annela for deep relaxation 

What to expect:

• No yoga experience needed — just bring an open mind and your favorite person

• This is less about perfect poses and more about creating space to connect

• Stay afterwards for Valentine's desserts and tea in the lobby
