  • Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome
    Arrive in Japan, settle into accommodations, and gather for a gentle welcome circle and grounding practice.

    Days 2–3 — Settle & Restore
    Morning yoga and breathwork, cultural experiences (temples, walking, food exploration), afternoon free time, evening yin or restorative yoga with reflection.

    Days 4–5 — Cultural Immersion
    Daily wellness rituals paired with guided cultural experiences, onsen bathing, and spacious time to rest, journal, or explore independently.

    Days 6–7 — Integration & Closing
    Slower mornings, integration practices, closing ceremony, and optional group dinner to reflect and connect before departure.

    • Once you reserve your spot, you’ll receive a detailed welcome guide with travel tips, packing suggestions, and what to expect.

    • Participants arrange their own flights and meet the group in Japan on the first retreat day.

    • From arrival onward, the retreat team guides the experience—balancing structure with spaciousness and choice.

    • All activities are optional; you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and take what supports you most.
