Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome
Arrive in Japan, settle into accommodations, and gather for a gentle welcome circle and grounding practice.Days 2–3 — Settle & Restore
Morning yoga and breathwork, cultural experiences (temples, walking, food exploration), afternoon free time, evening yin or restorative yoga with reflection.Days 4–5 — Cultural Immersion
Daily wellness rituals paired with guided cultural experiences, onsen bathing, and spacious time to rest, journal, or explore independently.Days 6–7 — Integration & Closing
Slower mornings, integration practices, closing ceremony, and optional group dinner to reflect and connect before departure. -
Once you reserve your spot, you’ll receive a detailed welcome guide with travel tips, packing suggestions, and what to expect.
Participants arrange their own flights and meet the group in Japan on the first retreat day.
From arrival onward, the retreat team guides the experience—balancing structure with spaciousness and choice.
