What to Expect

If strength training has been on your mind, this is a calm, supportive place to begin.

The Intro to Weight Training program is designed for people who want guidance, structure, and confidence as they start (or restart) their fitness routine—without being thrown into intensity or guesswork.

❋ Foundational Skills

Across three private sessions, clients are introduced to the six foundational movement patterns:

  • squat

  • hip hinge

  • bench press (horizontal press)

  • overhead press (vertical press)

  • horizontal pull

  • vertical pull

❋ Intentional Recovery

This intro also includes three 20-minute private sauna baths to support recovery and reinforce a sustainable training rhythm.

❋ Personalized Support

This is an introduction and assessment—not a full training program—and is designed to help clients decide what their next step should be.

❋ Safe Techniques

Sessions focus on safety, technique, bracing, tempo, and appropriate load selection—not intensity or aesthetics.
