Japan Yoga Retreat

Yoga • Experience • Ritual

April 2026 | Nikko National Park, Japan

Step away from urgency and into stillness.

Join Union Yoga for an intimate retreat in Nikko, Japan — a sacred mountain region known for ancient shrines, cedar forests, and deep spiritual quiet. This experience is designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence through yoga, nature, and cultural ritual.

This is not a fast-paced tour or fitness retreat.
It is a slow, intentional immersion in movement, silence, and reverence.
